Omniyat
Mahdi Amjad founded Omniyat in 2005. The company's projects include The Opus, designed by Zaha Hadid, along with The Lana, Orla, Orla Infinity, Vela, Vela Viento, One at Palm Jumeirah, AVA at Palm Jumeirah, The Alba Residences and One by Omniyat, most in Dubai. Riviera Group is a Dubai-based property developer founded by Abdul Rauf Razzak Machiyara, who began his real estate career in 1981 near Karachi, Pakistan. The company entered the UAE market in 2002. Rahail Aslam established Select Group in Dubai in September 2002. The company develops residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the UAE, the UK and Europe. Completed projects include Six Senses Residences The Palm, Jumeirah Living Business Bay, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, Studio One, 15 Northside and 98 Baker Street in London. Select Group has partnered with Jumeirah Group on Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, with InterContinental Hotels Group on a hotel at Bay Central, and with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts on a UK project. The company won Residential Developer of the Year at the Construction Innovation Awards in 2024 and Real Estate Developer of the Year in 2022.
Sobha Realty
PNC Menon founded Sobha Developers in Bangalore, India, in 1995, having begun his career in 1976 with an interior decoration firm in Oman. The business expanded to Dubai as Sobha Realty in 2003. Sobha launched Sobha Hartland in 2014, a mixed-use community valued at USD 4 billion. Sobha Realty is a signatory to The Giving Pledge and a partner of the Al Jalila Foundation and the Rashid Centre for People of Determination.

Union Properties PJSC started operations in 1987 and became publicly traded on the Dubai Financial Market in 1993, under the symbol UPP.
