SAMANA Developers is headquartered in Business Bay, Dubai, with three branches. Imran Farooq is CEO. Its first project, SAMANA Greens in Arjan, launched in September 2018. Its second project, SAMANA Hills, launched in March 2019 and was handed over in June 2022. The company states more than 30 launched projects and four completed handovers to date, and has announced SAMANA Ocean Views, a beachfront project in the Maldives with Elie Saab as interior designer. Named projects include SAMANA Waves, SAMANA Ivy Gardens, SAMANA Barari Heights and SAMANA Park Views.
