About the developer
Union Properties PJSC started operations in 1987 and became publicly traded on the Dubai Financial Market in 1993, under the symbol UPP. The company delivered its first project, Al Loze Villas, in 1992, followed by UP Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road (2002), Green Community in Dubai Investments Park (2005), The Ritz-Carlton DIFC (2009), Index Tower in DIFC (2011) and OIA Residence in Motor City (2017). Union Properties is the master developer of Motor City, which includes Dubai Autodrome, and of Green Community. Index Tower, an 80-storey tower in DIFC, won Best Tall Building Middle East and Africa from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat in 2011.
