Rahail Aslam established Select Group in Dubai in September 2002. The company develops residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the UAE, the UK and Europe. Completed projects include Six Senses Residences The Palm, Jumeirah Living Business Bay, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, Studio One, 15 Northside and 98 Baker Street in London. Select Group has partnered with Jumeirah Group on Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, with InterContinental Hotels Group on a hotel at Bay Central, and with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts on a UK project. The company won Residential Developer of the Year at the Construction Innovation Awards in 2024 and Real Estate Developer of the Year in 2022.
