Riviera Group is a Dubai-based property developer founded by Abdul Rauf Razzak Machiyara, who began his real estate career in 1981 near Karachi, Pakistan. The company entered the UAE market in 2002. Since then it has developed 1.75 million square feet in Dubai and delivered over 1,200 units. Notable Dubai developments include La Riviera Tower in Dubai Marina, La Riviera Estates in Jumeirah Village Circle, and Nineteen Riviera Lagoon in District 11.
