Imtiaz is a UAE-based real estate developer that designs residential, waterfront and concept-driven properties in Dubai. The company began as a construction business in 1993 and has since completed more than 40 developments with a combined investment value of AED 10 billion. It is led by Chairman Ustad Rahimullah Shahsawar and CEO Masih Ullah Imtiaz. In March 2025 the company received the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Medal for Philanthropy, tied to a AED 50 million donation to MBRGI's Father's Endowment campaign.
