Fidu Properties
These terms govern your use of fidudubai.com. They cover what our listings are and are not, what we promise, and what happens when something on the site turns out to be wrong.
Fidu Properties is a real-estate brokerage registered with the Dubai Land Department and RERA, working in Dubai since 2018. We market residential and commercial property on behalf of owners and developers, and we represent buyers and tenants looking for it.
Prices, availability, floor areas, photographs and descriptions come from owners, developers and listing feeds. We check what we can and we correct what we find, and even so, details change faster than any website updates.
Confirm anything you intend to rely on. A property may sell, let or change price between the moment a page is published and the moment you read it. Photographs and renders illustrate; they are not a survey.
Each listing shows the permit number under which it is advertised. Verify it with the Dubai Land Department if you wish.
Our guides discuss buying costs, residency routes, mortgages and market conditions. They are written to inform, and they are general information rather than advice about your situation.
Nothing here is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Take advice from a qualified professional before you commit to a purchase, a mortgage, or a visa application. Our agents will help you find one.
Browse the site, use our forms, and contact us about property. What you may not do:
We may block access where someone does any of this.
The text, photography, guides and design on this site belong to Fidu Properties or to the owners and developers who supplied them. Quote a short passage with a credit and a link if it is useful to you.
Republishing our listings, guides or photographs wholesale needs our written permission. Ask.
We link to developers, government portals and permit verification tools. Those sites belong to other people, who run them under their own terms. We have no control over what they publish.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or never goes offline.
To the extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a listing detail that turned out to be wrong, from the site being unavailable, or from a decision taken on the strength of our general guides rather than professional advice.
This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
The laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai govern these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai. Brokerage services carry their own obligations under Dubai Land Department and RERA regulation, which sit alongside these terms rather than being replaced by them.
