About the developer
Nshama is a Dubai-based real estate developer founded in 2014. Its flagship project is Town Square, a master-planned community launched in 2015 combining residential buildings with parks and retail space. Fred Durie leads Nshama; he previously worked on Emaar's Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina projects before joining the company. Town Square includes named phases such as Belmont, Evelyn, Rosewell, Fiori, Olbia, Camden, Alton and Augusta.
