About the developer
Majid Al Futtaim founded the company in 1992. Its real estate arm, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, develops five mixed-use communities across the UAE, Oman and Lebanon: Tilal Al Ghaf, Ghaf Woods, Al Zahia, Al Mouj and Waterfront City, home to more than 2,500 families. Its Dubai project, Tilal Al Ghaf, covers 3 million square metres around a 110,000-square-metre lagoon, with 3,500 homes and about 15,000 residents. The community includes more than 25 Majid Al Futtaim retail outlets and a campus of the Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai.
