Deyaar Development
Deyaar Development was founded in 2002 and operates as Deyaar Development PJSC, a public joint stock company listed on the Dubai Financial Market. The company has completed more than 30 projects and manages more than 20,000 units. Dubai South
Dubai South is Dubai's single urban master development, covering 145 square kilometres and combining aviation, logistics and real estate under the Dubai Aviation City Corporation, chaired by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. It is planned to include Al Maktoum International Airport, and its Residential District comprises communities including The Pulse, South Square, South Bay, Beachfront Gates and South Living. Its Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub is a 7-square-kilometre free zone for business aviation, MRO, offices and retail. In 2026, Dubai South signed a partnership with Majid Al Futtaim for an AED 62 billion mixed-use community.
Ellington Properties
Robert D. Booth, Joseph Thomas and Elie Naaman co-founded Ellington Properties in Dubai. The company builds design-led residential projects including the Belgravia Collection, villas on Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills and La Mer, plus DT1, Kensington Waters, Wilton Park Residences, One River Point and Mercer House. Ellington has won International Property Awards every year from 2016 through 2025 and 2026, across residential architecture, interior design, and kitchen and bathroom design categories.
Emaar Properties
Emaar Properties is a Public Joint Stock Company listed on the Dubai Financial Market, founded by Mohamed Alabbar. It works across real estate, retail and shopping malls, hospitality and leisure. Its developments include Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbour. Expo City Dubai
Expo City Dubai occupies the site of Expo 2020 Dubai, the first World Expo held in the Middle East, which ran from October 2021 to March 2022 and drew more than 24 million visitors. The city was officially created in June 2022, retaining 80 per cent of the World Expo's infrastructure, and is governed by Expo City Dubai Authority under CEO HE Reem Al Hashimy. It operates as a real estate master developer with residential districts including Expo Valley, Expo Downtown, Expo Business, Expo Hills and Expo Fields. It is designated the UAE's first Green Innovation District, in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism, and was named Official Nominator for The Earthshot Prize 2023. 123 of its permanent buildings hold LEED certification, seven of them Platinum and 105 Gold.

Ginco Properties is the real estate development arm of GINCO Group, a Dubai-based company founded in 1975 by Chairman Gheyath Mohammad Gheyath. GINCO Group's background is in contracting. Current leadership includes Chairman Gheyath Mohammad Gheyath, Managing Partner Jamal Abdelfatah and Managing Director Masood Gheyath. The company is currently marketing four residential projects: Velor and GP One Residence in Downtown Dubai, VYB in Business Bay, and Prive Residence in Dubai Hills.

Iman Developers
Iman Developers is a Dubai-based real estate developer founded in 2016 by Founder and CEO Ismail Marfani, headquartered in Business Bay. The company states 15 residential developments to date, of which nine are delivered and six are underway, mainly in Jumeirah Village Circle, Arjan, Motor City and Dubai Hills.
