Al Habtoor Group
Al Habtoor Group started as a small engineering firm in 1970, founded by Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, and has grown into a conglomerate spanning hospitality, automotive, real estate, education and publishing. Its real estate division, Al Habtoor Real Estate, was established in 1993. Its flagship development is Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road, whose Residence Collection comprises three towers with over 1,400 apartments. The group also built Al Habtoor Tower, a 91-floor residential skyscraper of roughly 400 metres with 1,740 units. Other completed projects include Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club (120 villas), Emirates Oasis Villas in Jumeirah (74 villas) and Al Wasl Village (26 townhouses). Its hotel division operates properties with Hilton, InterContinental, Waldorf Astoria, DoubleTree and Curio Collection.
Al Zorah Development
Al Zorah Development is a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, incorporated on 31 October 2007. The development sits on 5.4 million square metres of coastal land in Ajman, declared a freehold and free zone area by Amiri decree in 2008. Current and completed projects include Sealine Residence, Sea Glints Mansions, Gateway Residence, Creekside Residence, Beach Hills Duplex Villas and The Fairways Villas. A Four Seasons Beach Resort and a golf and yacht club are also part of the master plan. In May 2025 Al Zorah announced a partnership with MAG Group Holding for a mixed-use waterfront development.
Aldar Properties
Aldar Properties PJSC is based in Abu Dhabi and structured around two businesses: Aldar Development and Aldar Investment. Aldar Development builds communities on Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Raha and Reem Island, and holds a land bank of approximately 65 million square metres; it includes Aldar Projects, Aldar Ventures and Aldar Egypt. Aldar Investment manages an AED 16 billion portfolio of retail, residential and commercial assets, along with Aldar Education (20 schools, over 27,000 students) and Aldar Hospitality and Leisure, which operates 10 hotels with more than 2,900 keys. Named projects include Yas Mall, W Abu Dhabi, Mandarin Oriental Residences and Marsa Al Saadiyat. In Dubai it is building six residential communities: Athlon, Haven, Rise By Athlon, The Wilds, The Wilds Residences and Verdes by Haven. Aldar trades on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange under ALDAR:UH.
Arada
Arada launched in 2017, headquartered in the UAE. Its chairman is HH Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi and its executive vice chairman is HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal. The company develops residential and mixed-use projects in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, including Aljada, Masaar, Nasma Residences and Jouri Hills, and has expanded into hospitality with properties including Anantara Sharjah Residences. Since 2017 it has also expanded into the UK and Australia, with projects including Thameside West and 100 Avenue Road in London.
Azizi Developments
Mirwais Azizi founded Azizi Developments in Dubai in 2007. The company has delivered more than 45,000 homes and has around 150,000 units under construction. Its projects include Burj Azizi, Azizi Riviera, Azizi Venice and Azizi Milan, plus developments in Al Furjan, Dubai Healthcare City and Downtown Jebel Ali. A 2009 agreement with Nakheel enabled the Al Furjan project, and a 2024 partnership with Arup covered Azizi Opera. Azizi has won Developer of the Year at the Construction Innovation Awards Middle East (2016 to 2018), the Enterprise Agility Awards (2018), the Arabian Business Real Estate Awards (2019) and the Smart Built Environment Awards (2021).
Beyond
BEYOND Developments is a real estate brand OMNIYAT GROUP launched in September 2024, led by Founder and Executive Chairman Mahdi Amjad. Its projects span four masterplans: Dubai Maritime City (Aria, Saria, Orise, Sensia, The Mural, Soulever, 31 Above, Talea, Kanyon), Dubai Islands (Siora, Hado), Palm Jumeirah (Passo) and Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah (Evermore, Le Chateau), plus The Yards in City of Arabia (Arancia). The Dubai Maritime City masterplan spans 8 million square feet.
Binghatti Developers
Binghatti was founded in 2008 by Dr. Hussain Binghatti, who named the company after his late father, Ghatti Bin Ghaeb, with the aim of building a brand that would carry its legacy across generations. Under Chairman Muhammad BinGhatti it has developed a distinctive architectural identity in Dubai and moved into branded residences, partnering with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co. Its work has been recognised at the MENA Green Building Awards (2017 and 2018), the Cityscape Awards (2018) and the Arabian Property Awards (2017 and 2018).
BNW Developments
BNW Developments is headquartered at Ubora Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, with offices in Dubai Marina, Ras Al Khaimah, Australia and India. The company has launched 11 residential developments across two master-planned communities, with a stated gross development value of AED 32 billion. Its projects include Orvessa Residences (Al Furjan, Dubai), Ramada Residences (Al Jaddaf, Dubai), Radisson Blu Hotels and Residences (RAK Central), and several developments on Al Marjan Island including Pelagia, Aqua Arc and La Perla.
Damac Properties
DAMAC Properties was established in 2002 by the DAMAC Group of Companies, following the introduction of freehold ownership rights for expatriates in Dubai. Its founder is Hussain Sajwani. Its first project was Marina Terrace in Dubai Marina in 2002, followed by Ocean Heights and Park Towers in 2004. DAMAC listed on the Dubai Financial Market in 2015 and joined the MSCI UAE Index in 2017. Its named partnerships include Roberto Cavalli, Paramount Hotels & Resorts, Rotana Hotel Management, Radisson Hotel Group and de GRISOGONO.
Danube Properties
Rizwan Sajan founded Danube Group in 1993, starting with a single retail store in Deira. Danube Properties, the group's real estate division, completed its first project, Dreamz, in 2017, and has since built across Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Furjan, Business Bay and Dubai Silicon Oasis. Danube Group now employs more than 3,500 people across nine countries.
